The following resources are available to all exhibitors. Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions you may have. Thank you for exhibiting with us.

Booth Spaces and Registration

All booth spaces are furnished with a 6' table and two chairs. Electricity is also available at no additional cost to you. Please Download the 2017 Exhibitor Registration Form to reserve your booth space.

Setup and Tear-down

The venue is open for set up at 8:00am on Friday morning, March 10th and must be complete by 3:00pm. Tear-down may commence at 3:00pm Sunday, March 12th 2017. Please see the Exhibitor agreement for full details

Parking

Free Parking is available at the Dulles State Office Building facility for exhibitors and attendees.

Accommodations

The Best Western in Watertown, NY has generously offered a reduced room rate to all 2017 Great Outdoor Family Expo exhibitors. Reservations must be made no later than Feb 28, 2017 in order to receive the discounted group rate. Simply ask for the "Rotary Outdoor Expo" group rate when calling the hotel directly at (315) 782-8000.

Directions

The Great Outdoor Family Expo takes place at the NYS State Office Building located in Watertown, New York. This location is convenient to Interstate 81 and multiple accommodations.
